Excellent quiet location for visiting family in Helensburgh and has perfect facilities.

Pros: Location perfect for visiting family in Helensburgh.

Cons: The only very minor issue was getting the heating boost to work when the rooms cooled down.

Pros: Very well equipped with everything you need. Lovely comfy bed .

Superb location in Helensburgh

Pros: The property was spacious, well equipped and in a super-convenient location for my trip. Susan was very helpful and the whole visit couldn't have been easier and more enjoyable.

Cons: Very minor, but the tap in the bathroom is at a high pressure, so if you turn it on fully, the basin deflects the water onto your clothes!

Home away from home.

Pros: Beautiful cosy apartment set in lovely gardens. Very comfortable bed, plenty of storage and well equipped kitchen. Easy walk into Helensburgh.

Fantastic apartment and location

Pros: The owner was very friendly. The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood and very close to the center of Helensburgh. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The personal items in the bathroom were nice. The WiFi had a good connection. The television was good to relax after a long day. The owner was accommodating to a couple of personal needs, I was very thankful for this. Parking was good. The notebooks with instructions and tourist attractions were very helpful. Although the owners were on vacation when we arrived, the check-in was uncomplicated. The train station to go to Glasgow was a few minutes away and it was easy to park close to the train station.

Cons: The negative things that I write, would not be considered negative for everyone. I would still rent the apartment again. These are just minor things. Personally, in my opinion, although the sofa looks good and of a good quality, it is not the type of sofa to relax after walking all day. It was too small. The seat next to it was smaller than the one on the picture, it was too small even for a petite person like me. Per person, we only got one hand towel and one shower towel. The owner was on vacation for 6 of the 7 days we were there, so I couldn’t request another one. The hand towel didn’t dry completely from one day to the next.

Perfect Visit

Pros: The location is perfectly situated in a beautiful area of town, within short walking distance of the sea front. The property is exceptionally clean, well presented, very comfortable and equipped with everything you will need throughout your stay. Susan and Fergus were very welcoming and are clearly experienced hosts who know how to make your stay comfortable. I can't give a stronger recommendation if you are staying in Helensburgh or wanting to visit the Loch Lomond area.

Cons: There is truly nothing to not like.
