Total Serenity

Pros: The caravan was spotlessly clean, apart from a few dirty utensils in kitchen but this will be down to the last people in the van, easily over looked. Staff were very helpful when we needed them, especially when the water pipes froze over night! views are spectacular and it's so quiet and relaxing! We hit very low temperatures for our stay but we're cosy and warm in our caravan the whole time.

Cons: It didnt bother me and my husband but the kids did complain about the poor WiFi, however it is to be expected in the middle of the countryside. Sofa bed quite uncomfortable to sleep on very thin soft mattress. This hasn't stopped us from already deciding to come back :)

Clean and modern

Pros: Amazing place to stay with beach just ten minutes walk away and lots of walking trail. Nice and clean all the things you need were provided which was good in case you’ve forgotten anything. Only downside is shower temperature was very temperamental.

Pros: lovely tranquil place just what we were looking for , my husband was fishing and we went walks ,really nice for just relaxing and chilling x

Very pleasant clean caravan and hassle free hostes.

Pros: Location,very laid back on arrival showed to caravan and left to it .

Cons: Some areas of the caravan park was quite untidy and a bit dangerous especially for children and dogs.

Pros: Very comfortable, a lot of space for the kids to play outside, everything was new and clean

Cons: Towels were not provided

Our stay was great, Ardentinny and Dunoon are lovely places, Puk's Glen was beautiful.

Pros: Spacious, very clean, nicely furnished apartment, well-equipped kitchen. Very weak internet signal in the area therefore this is a great place for relaxation.

Cons: There was 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, other bathroom had toilet and sink only but no shower. We were told at the arrival that the bed linen for the 5th person could be found in the storage space of the sofa. When we went to bed at midnight recognized that there was nothing there and it was too late to ask the caretaker to get us another set of bed linen(we should have checked it at the arrival). We received it next day but the first night was pretty cold although there was heating in the living room which was very good.

Pros: Lovely van, very modern with lots of space inside

Cons: Lighting outside was an issue at night, however this was only because we had our dogs with us and needed to take them out regularly, so had to use the torch on our phone.

Peaceful stay.

Pros: Fantastic stay overall, Close to the beach and nature trails ideal for walking my dog. In a quiet location which suits us. Would highly recommend second stay in 3 months. Will be back 😊

Excellent weekend break

Pros: Stunning location, lots of things to do around. Polite staff, very clean rooms and exquisite decoration.

Cons: I can't say there was a single thing I didn't like. Overall very satisfied. I would recommend.

Great caravan with great hoasts

Pros: Beautiful caravan set in a beautiful part of the country, the caravan is spotless & every thing you need is provided, we visited Rawcliffe & have 3 dog’s, the wrap round veranda was fabulous as it has a gate on to keep my 3 dog’s safe, theres a tv with free-view, the beds are lovely & comfortable even the single bed’s they we’re lovely & spacious, there’s a massive fridge/freezer, the kitchen was well equipped everything you need.

Cons: The only downside to Rawcliffe was how steep the steps were, it wouldn’t have been a problem but 1 of my dog’s has mobility issues & our old terrier struggled to get down the steps, I spoke to Hazel & explained that we would be booking again for next year but said we’d probably book another caravan that didn’t have such seep steps, that weekend i got a message that they had changed the steps so they aren’t as steep, the hosts go out of there way to make people’s (& dog’s) stay an enjoyable stay
