Beautiful and peaceful cottage

Pros: A really lovely place to stay and the owners are very welcoming and helpful. Quiet location, lovely surroundings, enclosed garden and great walks nearby were all perfect for the dogs. The cottage itself is clean, cosy, comfortable and very well provisioned. Highly recommend

Cons: Nothing. It was all great.

Enjoyable Stay at Arndean Over Christmas

Pros: Great location, near all required amenities, but remote enough to be relaxing. Good view of the Ochils at the end of the driveway. Accommodation was clean and spacious

Cons: Single beds were quite uncomfortable, took its toll after a multi-night stay

Pros: We booked this beside the other cottage as there were 14 of us. It was clean and comfortable, and the owners were lovely. Would definitely be back.

Pros: The cottages were a really good size and very warm and comfortable. There were walks close by which many of us enjoyed. They were well equipped with everything we needed. There were 14 of us, and we fitted nicely round the dining table and in the living room. The table tennis was an added bonus. Fantastic weekend, thank you.

Cons: There was nowhere to go unless you got in the car but that wasn't altogether a bad thing.

Beautiful Property in a Beautiful Location

Pros: Amazing property in a beautiful location in Dollar. Very clean with comfortable beds and a vast amount of kitchen essentials. We come here every year and the host Johnny is an amazing host. Highly recommended.

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Arndean Cottage in Scotland. The charming and cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The cottage was beautifully furnished, with attention to detail in every corner. The surrounding countryside was breathtaking, offering stunning views and a sense of tranquility that was truly refreshing. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Pros: We are a family of six and we had a very relaxing stay at the cottage. Beautiful mountain view. Too bad it was too cold otherwise I would love to sit outside for breakfast. Four big bedrooms, huge kitchen and cosy living room. Location wise I think it is good a good base to explore the east side. The beds are good, I slept very well.

Cons: If I were to be picky, I have two suggestions, One, changing all the taps to the modern mixer type. The current ones are separate hot and cold tap. It is quite an inconvenience. Two, shower. One of the two bathrooms has a lovely tub but the floor is carpeted with no shower screen. It s good for soaking in, not quick shower. I dislike wet carpet smell so 6 of us end up sharing that one shower that has a shower screen and mixer tap.
