Pros: The house was clean. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons: The front gate was hanging off its hinges, weed every where and the back garden was a huge disappointment. A pile of garden clippings and trees branches piled at back door near bench. Mug filled with cigarette stubs at step, and lawn needed mowed.
