Fantastic views and an ideal place to base yourself when visiting Loch Lomond

Pros: The views are breathtaking, and the accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable. It was an ideal location to base ourselves for our short stay visiting the Loch Lomond Area

Cons: The only negative relates to the area and NOT the accommodation itself.........but we found there was a real lack of places to eat on the evening's that we stayed (Monday to Weds) and several pubs/shops/restaurants were only open later in the week/weekends. Also due to the area being a little remote there was literally no Takeaways/deliveries available at all.

A magical place to stay!

Pros: It's a real wow moment when you first walk into the living room to see the stunning views across Long Loch. We loved that we could use the garden too and spent a day sitting out attempting to paint pictures of the loch, which was good fun. Lots of good walking in the area too. The flat is well equipped and we were very comfortable with two reclining sofas and a king size bed.

Cons: My husband was fine with it but be aware that to park by the flat you need to reverse down a fairly steep slope. Great to have on site parking though.

Pros: Great location with stunning views. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Has everything needed for a self catering stay.

Pros: Fantastic location. Living area, kitchen and bedroom were all great. Breathtaking views too (even in the poorer weather).

Cons: The shower but it was ok.

Pros: The location was perfect. The views from the living room window looking right out over loch long and the arrochar Alps were amazing. Loved having a secure back garden for our dog.

Nice stay at property. Arrochar a bit disappointing as lots of things shut down or not open during our stay but property

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Herons View the property was very comfortable and had everything you needed. The views were tremendous, the weather during our stay was extremely mixed from sunny 23° to heavy rain and stormy winds and 10°. We ate out only once at the Village Inn, would highly recommend great food great service and not expensive. Marie was a wonderful host and could not of been more helpful. Many thanks

Pros: Views are incredible. Very comfortable living space with everything you need for a home away from home.
