Parking is possible on site with a charge of £10.00 for 24 hours, managed by an external company, and free WiFi is accessible throughout. The perfect stay for my family and our beloved pet pooch

Pros: The hotel is wonderful and they were so welcoming to my kids, my dog and I. They couldn’t do enough. My dog was so happy and relaxed, a good sign for me. Perfect location close to the castle. This was the second time I’ve stayed there and I’ll be back soon

Cons: Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast and location

Pros: Beautiful hotel, lovely room, very comfortable bed and pillows, staff were very helpful, great location, just a minutes walk for sightseeing and 2 minutes to the town.

Pros: The staff were really friendly. The room was big, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was great. The place was so close to Stirling Castle. Definitely stay again.

Really lovely stay, great location in town, walking distance to restaurants and castle.

Pros: Breakfast was great, especially the full Scottish breakfast.

Cons: Slight niggle that we paid for the Deluxe room, but would have had to pay extra for items on the more extensive menu. This wasn't clear on their website when booking, only when we got there. Also very little fresh fruit available at breakfast, just watermelon on both days of our stay.

Brilliant hotel!

Pros: Hotel was fantastic, room was beautiful and the location was superb being so central to everything. Breakfast was great and staff were really welcoming. We will be back and recommend to anyone visiting Stirling.

Outside the breakfast/food issue great place and the staff were lovely.

Pros: Room was excellent, beautiful, spacious and clean. Loved the bathroom. Location was also excellent because very central. Staff were amazing and the manager was excellent. Breakfast was not nice, limited and unappealing. Admittedly it was new year's. The hotel was not full. Still no excuse.

Cons: Breakfast and no room service or alternatives because it was new year's and so many places closed. Could have had some sandwiches or something as an option. Also, if you are going to serve Latte or cappuccinos from a machine at least have descent coffee. It tasted cheap and for the cost not worth it and disappointing.
