A Spacious Flat with Character - Private Car Space

Very nice welcoming property for a short stay

Pros: Great location, large spacious rooms, very clean and well equipped for a short stay.

Cons: Minor complaints, shower pressure is challenging and with the heating on the kitchen was very cold.

Pros: Great for a family gathering, spacious flat and the location worked well for us, being able to get to Paisley and Glasgow on the bus and not too far from Tesco. The host was responsive when we couldn't get the heating to work.

Cons: Oven lacked shelves so not able to use fully. Fan in bathroom was permanently on and quite noisy.

Lovely comfortable stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Pros: Lovely big property, all beds very comfortable mattresses, lovely duvets and it smelt clean and fresh. TV great and comfortable sofa. Lovely decor.

Cons: An extra toilet would have been useful at times (as 6 adults could potentially be staying) but we managed 🙂. The largest room could be en-suite as it’s a very big room.

Pros: Easy to book, good communication prior to arrival, clear instructions on how to access the flat, great for parking, beautiful property inside (I loved the decor), comfy beds, kitchen really well equipped. Will definitely look to book again for future comps 😃

Home from home comfort

Pros: This lovely property felt like a home from home, and I didn't want to leave! Convenient location, clean, warm, spacious and reasonably well equipped for self catering. With family living nearby it was ideal to have them visit me for meals and relaxing together as the flat caters to 6. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well as Glasgow Road gets quiet at night. Stress-free parking space was a suburban bonus. Visiting just before Christmas, the Christmas tree was an atmospheric bonus. Definitely recommend and will consider booking again.

Cons: Very Minor points that did not affect overall stay too much. In spite of a well equipped kitchen, oven has only 1 shelf, so I had to change some cooking plans and couldn't make our proposed pre-Christmas roast dinner. Some random mismatched and chipped crockery and no tea-towels orovided, but we adapted. Poor kitchen lighting low energy bulbs make winter evening cooking and washing up a challenge.

Perfect for families

Pros: Great location, comfortable and noise levels were good 👍 Loved that there were 3 double beds available - my teenage children are very tall, so each having a double bed was perfect. Also each having a separate bedroom was great. Kitchen was fab with a washing machine and dishwasher available, perfect place to stay. Oh, and Tim Hortons is only a 10 min drive away so bonus...

Luxury stay in a beautiful area at an affordable price. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: The flat was beautiful with a lovely garden and views all around. Super spacious, with high ceilings and comfy beds. The area was very nice with parks and golf clubs on the door step.

Cons: Had a few teething problems with the appliances and could've done with some better guidance on the cooker and TV, but everything was working fine in the end.

Second time we’ve stayed and hope to stay again.

Pros: I have family nearby so the location was ideal for us.

Cons: Nothing.

Great space to come

Pros: It was lovely and spacious. Rooms are nicely decorated. Lots of natural light. Lovely neighborhood. Easy parking and great location.

Cons: Could do with extra linens and towels and perhaps a spare key to share with the group. The mattresses are thin.
