Nice homely stay

Pros: We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids in Apple tree cottage , spent 4 nights from June 05. The place is good and has all basic amenities, including dishwater, washing machine, Owen and all other basic amenities in good condition, Ample parking space and good room heating facilities. There is a jacuzzi which is quite spacious. The open ground with zip line , swings etc make the children happy. Saintsburry is at a 5 min drive . Good place to feel detached and relax. Host Findlay was very prompt responsive and supportive

Cons: The only draw back was the pressure of water from the shower was surprisingly low .

We would definitely stay here again 😊

Pros: The property was lovely with 2 bathrooms. The location was quiet but near to Linlithgow and places of interest like the Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is in a quiet location but still near to a main road for access. The host was very helpful

Pros: The host met us on arrival and it was quite late but he was very pleasant and showed us around. The house is finished to a very high standard and well equipped for all eventualities. Loads of room for parking (safe and secure) as this was a work trip. To top it off the hot tub was still switched on as we usually find they are advertised but you usually find out they are switched off for the winter. Not a necessity for a work trip but a very nice to have. All in all it was a 5 star experience and we will certainly be looking to return should we be back in the area.

Pros: Lovely clean and spacious cottage in a remote peaceful area.

Cons: There isn't anything we didn't like apart from a few minor things we reported to owner.. would have been nice to have some plastic glasses for use in hot tub as there was only one. B
