Enjoyed our stay in Lamlash in a well located and equipped house
Pros: Well equipped Great location Small outside space Well laid out
Cons: Parking was very tight and had to move car on bin day Smell in toilet had to buy cleaning products and air freshener Carpet in living room smelled nearest to window

Absolutely brilliant location, comfortable and clean apartment with loads of amenities
Pros: Excellent location just off the bay/ beach front at Lamlash. Excellent views of the Holy Isle and close to all local amenities like the Co-op round the corner and lovely restaurants and shops. Couldn't have asked for a better base from which to explore the island and climb Goatfell. Easy to access with good parking accommodation and plenty of space. The downstairs apartment is super comfy and relaxed with two separate bathrooms for toilet and bath/shower and access to an outside yard from the kitchen. Kitchen was very well equipped and easy to use and we were greatful for the clothes washing facilities. Great TV for cosy evenings with Netflix was a nice touch. Water was nice and hot and good pressure. Bed was as comfy and as big as it could've been in the given space. Heating was adequate for the time of year, with the supplementary electric heaters.
Cons: Front door was a bit hard to open/close or lock when required as instructed and we were worried about damaging it, though the door to the apartment itself was separate. The central heating as it was set on the temperature/timer didn't really suit our personal needs entirely but that is totally due to personal preference and easily managed with opening windows or putting on the extra heaters for the time of year, but not sure what it would be like in peak summer or winter. Bed was a little softer and smaller than what we are used to as my partner is a lot bigger than me and we rolled around a bit but we slept absolutely fine. Kitchen could've done with maybe another tea towel or some kitchen roll available. Only other thing is that from the seemingly slightly outdated description and pictures the window in the room is now smaller and therefore less natural light than expected and the bathroom didn't in fact have the jet/bubble tub bath anymore (which I was looking forward to as a fan of baths). Some of the tap fixtures and fittings were a bit strange and not the easiest to use as the mixers didn't work or the taps were hard to switch on/off consistently.

Fabulous
Pros: Location was fab. Very clean, comfortable and cozy. Well equipped kitchen, everything we needed was there (even washing up liquid and hand soap in bathroom/toilet). Olivia got in touch with us to make sure everything was okay which I thought was really nice.
Cons: We didn't dislike anything at all. Only suggestion would be a wee table lamp in livingroom.

Pros: Lamlash less crowded than Brodick and had good grocery shop, pubs and restaurants. Accommodation was well equipped and modern. Owners were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Could be noisy from upstairs apartment. This wasn't because the upstairs visitors were noisy, it was due to design of building and plumbing.

Beautiful modern flat, all you need!
Pros: Total luxury, from the beautiful furnishings to the impeccably clean bathroom. I've stayed in some very nicely presented accommodation before but this has beaten all of them. My week couldn't have been any better purely because of how comfortable I've been here. The couch just takes away all the stress of work, leaving it a distant memory, the carpet so soft under the feet acts like a massage, the bed also enveloped me into wonderful restful sleep that I could hardly rise from in the morning it was divine. I love the massive art work, so striking, so soothing to look at and imagine what the front used to look like. The kitchen is beautiful, loved grey theme, so modern but tasteful. And the teal walls of the toilet, striking but fabulous! I've been very happy here, thank you so much for a peaceful relaxing stay.
Cons: The kitchen is fully equipped and very modern, just missing a coffee percolator sadly, had to use a sieve but that didn't work too well, gave up eventually!! Got the instant out!! Lol A steamer would have been nice too to preserve all the good nutrients.
