Very clean, safe in a gated block and well located next to Central Station

Pros: Very clean, safe in a gated block and well located next to Central Station

Cons: Not the hosts fault but the corridor's in the block of flats were littered

Great location, roomy apartment with everything you could need

Pros: The location was great and the unit had everything we needed. We were very comfortable.

Cons: The manual with instructions did not come through early enough so we did not have internet when we needed to read it. Getting into the apartment was very complicated. We also had problems with the hot water and actually had to download the instructions, turn off the power and reset the system and program it from scratch. This was after they sent someone over to check it. We got home, no hot water. We woke up - no hot water so we reset it from scratch. This is above and beyond but we did it. So the place was great but we had to work too hard to make it work and did not get great support.
