Convenient and close to everything

Pros: We love the location, interesting little alleyway to get to the door. Beautiful neighborhood. Close to the tram. Well furbished kitchen. Temperature controls worked well. Plenty of hot water. Quiet neighborhood and building.

Perfect basement apartment for 2 people

Pros: The property is in a nice quiet part of the city, but only 15mins stroll to the centre. There is a nice local pub across the road, a wine bar and a small cafe. The basement apartment is perfect for a couple for a few nights in Edinburgh. We had no complaints and would definitely stay there again!

Pros: Very nice and clean apartment with everything you need in a very good location. The host was very friendly and very organized, we received a lot of information beforehand. The flat was cozy and everything was new and worked well. We had a great week in the apartment and would be happy to come back.

Cons: Prices are high, but that is normal for Edinburgh.

My stay was fantastic

Pros: The host's communication was very clear and proactive from the beginning of the booking. Regarding the apartment, the location is great, it is very spacious, super tidy and organized (great heating and structure), I would like to highlight the cleanliness, comfort and everything that had been promised was there in great working order. The experience was very good, I had a fantastic stay! Whenever I return to Edinburgh it will be my first choice ❤️🥰

A lovely find

Pros: We had a great get away. This apartment was perfect and fit for purpose. Very clean, very comfortable bed and the kitchen was fully functional which was a plus. Location was perfect for us as we spent a lot of time in the new town. You’re only a 3/4 minute walk from the main tram line too which was really helpful. The owners were also communicative. Worth the money - lovely find. :)

Excellent apart from the above comments. I felt safe there too

Pros: The location and surrounds were superb for our needs. A short walk to Princess Street, tram stop extremely close by and convenient cafe, hairdresser and nail salon on site. Very good pubs and wine bar just down the road. The flat was modern and provided most things we needed.

Cons: There was a smell from the drains in the bathroom and the shower flooded the bathroom floor unless used by hand. The overpowering smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor permeated into the flat sadly. Realise nothing much can be done to alleviate this
