Best time

Pros: Right in heart of city, very well maintained property and free parking

Cons: Just one thing - lights in 2nd room didnt work

Pros: Everything was perfect Location was fantastic And the free parking Apartment was perfect fresh smell and had every thing you needed. The host and his team were amazing, helpful and they responded to my message straight away.

Cons: Nothing not to like

Pros: Location plenty of eating and drinking places. The shower and bath although I never used the bath due to my mobility but it looked good if you were young and fit.

Cons: The sofa was broken. The stairs down to apartment.

Pros: Good space, warm, clean, close to centre, adequate parking. The apartment provides privacy and in a great location.

Cons: Could have done with a dressing table and mirror with socket access in the bedroom. Also the living room furniture was not exactly comfortable to sit on. I realise they were additional bed spaces but a sofa bed with arms would be better.

Pros: Excellent location, Private parking. Very warm and quiet inside accommodation.

Comfortable and great location

Pros: Modern, clean and tidy, spacious apartment. Great location. Close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Edinburgh Castle steps and The Royal Mile is about a 20 minute walk. Beds were very comfortable. Front and back garden and access. Onsite parking a bonus! We had everything we needed and communication with the host was very good. Enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The front and back garden needs weeding. It looks messy. The front and back pavers are very slippery when wet. A caution sign would be helpful for guests. The property is not suitable for guests in wheelchairs as it has steps front and back. There were 2 lots of comms cable exposed; in hall way and lounge room which could be dangerous for young children in many ways. Needs to be hidden for safety reasons. There was a table lamp on the floor in the lounge which made the room look untidy or like furnishing g had not been completed. Could do with some nice art work on the walls to create some warmth or colour as the rooms were a bit too clinical. Could do with some mugs in the kitchen. Tea cups are not always suitable for everyone.

Pros: Great location and parking a real bonus, great facilities

Pros: Perfect location — City center - 2 mins from tram. Spacious, comfortable, quiet and with a very kind owner. Free nearby luggage storage offered was a great bonus.

Additionally, having a parking spot was a fantastic bonus, especially since parking can be quite costly in Edinburgh. Highly recommend!

Pros: The beds were extremely comfortable. The apartment had a lot of space. The jacuzzi bath and the Bluetooth mirrors in the bathroom! The apartment was clean and well maintained. And in a great area too if your looking to be close to the city centre.
