1 Bedrooms Flat in Central Edinburgh Haymarket

Pros: Very kind,cooperative and generous owner. Easy accessible to city centre, restaurants and public transport points.Meet our requirements. Clean,comfortable place .Facilities are excellent including complimentary food and drinks.

Cons: Booking with Bounce for luggage drop off was very upsetting. Booked in advanced as our flight was early.But the place was closed. We had to carry our bags for 5 hours until our check in time. So annoying on arrival. The company agreed for refund and I still waiting for it.

Very good flat

Pros: Good property, clean and had everything you would need. Well laid out and the bathroom is separate so no going through a bedroom to get to it. Nice touch with bread & butter available for breakfast and tea & coffee.

Great stay

Pros: The location was perfect - 8min away from Haymarket and a pleasant 20min stroll to the Royal Mile. A Tesco and a Sainsbury’s are also close by which is very handy. The area is very quiet and the property is really great. It is well maintained and equipped to make you feel at home. The sofa was comfortable and the flat in general was very welcoming. Loved the book with instructions, answering all the questions you may have.

Stunning, spacious apartment in a brilliant location!

Pros: Stunning, spacious apartment in a brilliant location! The kitchen had everything we could need, and it was an added bonus being left with breakfast bits being left, as well as teas coffees etc. There are so many lovely touches everywhere and things left to give you everything you might need during your stay, the host really does go above and beyond. The living/dinning room is much bigger than we were expecting, and it was lovely to walk in and find the table already laid ready. Bed and sofa bed are really, really comfortable! Absolute gem, just a few minutes walk from Haymarket station. Thabk you to the host for such a special and welcoming stay.

Cons: Just a couple of things worth mentioning. The shower is small, but more than adequate. The bedroom was a little chillier than the rest of the apartment, but instructions on how to use the heating are in the book if you need it. Finally, it is only single glazing in the front room with the sofa bed, so when people walk past talking it is a little louder than usual. Wasn't a problem or notable for us, and it was very, very quiet most evening and all through the night.

Pros: Beautifully decorated, felt like home and looked better than the photos. The host was super welcoming and made us feel very comfortable - he left a basket of snacks on the table, medicine as he heard we weren't feeling well and solved our heating problem in the matter of minutes. The location is also great being very close to all the main attractions. Would stay again when visiting Edinburgh for sure!

Nice apartment in great location

Pros: Great location 5mins from Haymarket Station and 15min walk into Edinburgh Old Town .Also lovely touch by owner leaving snacks and wine

Cons: Shower was a bit hit and miss would be super hot then freezing cold ,also pictures are of the crescent this apartment is at the start and doesn't look so good but once inside its fine and clean

Pros: It was very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, and there are lots of little extras to make the stay more enjoyable. It is in an excellent location.

Pros: Home away from home. A lovely flat with great facilities! Bread, snacks, & a lot of beverages too. A few minutes walk to Old Town area, amazing location! Friendly host 😊🙏

Such a nice flat

Pros: Spotless and very well equipped flat: washing machine, dishwasher, stove, microwave.... Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, biscuits, bread.... Shampoos, conditioner, shower gels.. Location is just perfect with loads of shops, restaurants, etc and at a walking distance to most attractions. Despite some reviews about noise with the flat being on the ground floor, we were lucky. We were not once disturbed by the street noise or by neighbours.

Cons: Shower is a bit small but one can work around it.

Pros: Central Haymarket location with excellent public transport close by. The ground floor apartment was great for us as we have family members with limited mobility.

Cons: Good to have a walk in shower but it's quite a small cubicle.
