I had a great stay - the property was spotlessly clean, and had everything I needed.

Pros: The owner met me at the property and provided me with an orientation of the apartment. The apartment has everything you need - a full kitchen, with a generous supply of staples, washing machine, smart TV, comfortable lounge, really comfortable bed, and quality linen (bedding and towels). It is also in a great location, with easy access to the all the great sites in Edinburgh, as well as public transport (including bus and train to and from the airport). It was quiet, cozy, and I will definitely stay here again when I am next in Edinburgh. The owner also allowed me a late checkout. I thoroughly recommend.

Great stay in Edinburgh centre

Pros: We booked just a couple of weeks before our visit however the apartment was well proced compared to other options available and nonwithstanding the peak Christmas month. The owner came to meet us upon arrival and explained everything to us. The apartment had everything we needed, a fully functional kitchen with cookies, coffee and tea and everything looked new. The location was perfect, located in a side alley just a couple of minutes walk from Princes Street. Bed and bath/shower were very comfortable.

Great place to stay with an excellent price-quality balance, highly recommended.

Pros: The apartment was excellent value for money. It was clean, modern, and very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient and quiet, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant.

Cons: Nothing significant – everything met our expectations.

Location was great, and it felt very homely.

Pros: Great location, not directly near the main part of town but not a massive walk. Was amazing having a full kitchen and a washing machine!

Lovely apartment near the city center

Pros: The apartment is in a quiet location, just a 10-minute walk from Edinburgh Castle and 15 minutes from Dean Village. The neighborhood is charming and well served with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Steven was very patient and kind in waiting for me for a late check-in, which I really appreciated. I’ve already recommended the apartment to friends visiting the city, and if I return to Edinburgh, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Cons: The apartment is on the ground floor and the street can get a bit lively at night, but it’s not really an issue since the bedroom is on the opposite side and stays perfectly quiet.

Great location and everything was really clean.

Pros: Everything was just round the corner from the apartment. Very cosy and the place had everything you needed. Very comfy bed and sofa. Big fridge and freezer for a long stay. Coffee maker/kettle/oven/toaster. Quiet area at night time. Host was very welcoming and gave me ideas on places I could visit.

Cons: Would have been good if bins had been emptied from previous guests, and if it's the guest's responsibility then would be helpful for host to mention if there's a bin outside, to get rid of the bags. Bins were not smelly at all, just a minor issue as didn't know where to put bags that were full.

Pros: The apartment is beautiful, clean and tidy. Wonderful position, 10 minutes walk from the city centre.

Cons: Nothing.

Spacious, great owner and location

Pros: Nice and spacious apartment in a really good position close to the city center. The owner/manager is great and really great in helping out! Would definitely recommend.
