Excellent flat in good location.

Pros: Good location in Haymarket- up quiet side street. Nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Spacious flat with 3 good sized bedrooms- clean and well presented. Easy walk to City Centre.

Cons: Although TV’s in all bedrooms- no TV in kitchen/ living area to sit together. Minor issue though.

Incredible location, and very quiet considering where it is placed. Would recommend for anyone travelling, big or small

Pros: Incredible location, huge space, everything you need was there.

Cons: The beds - they were rock solid. And no communal lounge area to gather in, just the dining room with a rather uncomfortable futon.

Pros: Surrounded by many nice and cosy restaurants, and within walking distance to the city center and historical sites. The flat is very clean, comfortable—perfect for a group or family trip. I definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again!

Cons: Having just one toilet for a three-bedroom flat was a bit of a challenge. It was fine for us, but it might be something to consider for families with children. Also, there is a staircase to reach the flat on the first floor, which could be important to keep in mind for older guests.

Pros: A lovely apartment, very clean and a great location for Murrayfield stadium events. The owner was on standby for anything we needed, but we didn’t need anything as it was all excellent!

Excellent 3 bedroom apartment

Pros: Host is very responsive; Apartment is modern & spacious with big rooms and high ceilings. Tea, coffee, milk, toiletries all provided.

Cons: Although it's a quiet area the seagulls are really noisy, just remember ear plugs 😉

Enjoyable one night stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Lovely 3 bed flat with loads of room. Big shower. Handy to train and tram stations. Lovely quiet area. The day was cold so it was fantastic that the host had put the heating on for our arrival.

Cons: There is nothing not to like about this property.

Pros: Die Lage war perfekt 5min vom Bahnhof Haymarket wo man viele öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zur Verfügung hat in einer ruhigen Gasse gelegen ebenfalls befinden sich in der Nähe einige Pubs,Speiselokale und Geschäfte das Appartment ist wunderschön neu renoviert und sehr geräumig ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht um ein paar angenehme Tage in Edinburgh zu verbringen
