Gorgeous 2BR & Central Edinburgh Bolt-hole

Modern, comfortable and conveniently located.

Pros: This is a fantastic option for families. It was modern and comfortable and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and drying rack. The bathroom and shower is fantastic! It did have everything we needed and was walking distance to restaurants, shops and a Tescoe express. It was walking distance to the lovely Dean Village and Edinburgh Castle.

Cons: If you book here, you have to be aware that there are a couple of flights of narrow stairs, so carrying up luggage is difficult. It is also not overly close the Royal Mile and Victoria Street (about a 20 minute walk) which you should be aware of if travelling with young children. We didn't mind that at all, but it is something to keep in mind. As an aside, the pillows should be updated as they were a bit flat and hard. Not a deal breaker but having a fluffier more comfortable pillow would have rounded off an amazing stay.

Pros: Location, and rooms were reasonably spacious - with the exception of the 2nd bedroom.

Cons: 2nd bedroom was cramped, and there weren't enough utensils and drinking glasses in the kitchen.

Would recommend as a great place to stay

Pros: Great apartment, looks exactly like the photos. Great location, easy to walk to new town and old town. Airport bus is just 5 min walk from apartment. Lots of restaurants close by. Bag storage available at the convenience store directly across the road from apartment.

Great few days away with friends, very clean place to stay.

Pros: Great location, lovely place to eat around the area.

Pros: Great location, so close to the centre of Edinburgh and the castle. Lovely modern apartment with all the comforts of home that you need for your stay.

Cons: The windows are single glazed so it can be noisy with people walking past, emergency vehicles etc.

A very nice place to stay in

Pros: The central location: easy to achieve from the airport and you could walk everywhere - or take the bus from around the corner. Good shower, cleanliness, good instructions from the manager.

Cons: Only four forks etc eventhough booking was for five persons. We would have wanted some proper hooks for our coats and towels.

Pros: Lovely flat, lovely location, comfy and clean. All the arrangements for access were easy. There were lovely cafes and bakeries close by and walking or public transport was very straightforward to everywhere we wanted to go from here, so it was a great base.

Cons: This flat was good value for money for Edinburgh, but Edinburgh is an expensive place to stay, and the price reflects that.

Perfectly located but noisy neighborhood

Pros: The appartement was very clean and it is perfectly located for sightseeing. There are two supermarkets directly around the corner and there are a lot of Cafés and Restaurants nearby.

Cons: It would be very helpful to offer more equipment in the kitchen, like spoons, mugs, glasses... There were only 4 parts of tableware and therefore we were washing by hand every morning. The great location also has a negativ side, there is a Pub with beergarden next to one of the bedrooms and it was not possible to sleep with open window.

Almost everything you’d want to see in Edinburgh is in a walking distance from the apartment.

Pros: Especially the location was spot on! The flat had everything we needed, was well equipped.

Cons: There is a bar somewhat close by, so during the weekend (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) it got quite noisy but was no noise from Sunday on.
