Brilliant central location, with a few minor handoffs.

Pros: Lovely interior, new updated living room was great. Bathroom clean and modern. Bedrooms clean with enough space for all. Overall extremely happy!

Cons: Directly outside the main bedrooms window is where presumably a neighbour has dumped big bags of rubbish outside their window, this along with the wake up call from the gang of pigeons every morning and the extractor fan which smelled of fat/grease from the neighbouring cafe/restaurant made us very uneasy about opening up the windows to get fresh air in the morning. The inner hall as mentioned in other reviews was in quite a state as well, but this was fairly minor.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Edinburgh.

Pros: Perfecte locatie. 10 minuten lopen van de royal mile. 5 minuten van de grassmarket. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. De bedden waren iets minder. 1 bed had een kuil en de andere was hard. De afwerking kan beter, maar het is schoon. Kortom een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een citytrip.

Cons: Bedden waren minder. Niet echt slecht maat ook niet goed.

Świetna baza wypadowa

Pros: Przytulny apartament blisko centrum, wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne na krótki pobyt (łącznie z garnkami w kuchni, czy podstawowym wyposażeniem spożywczym - kawa, herbata, oliwa, przyprawy). Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel. Jedyne czego nam zabrakło to żelazko, które miało być na wyposażeniu. Mimo wszystko, idealna baza do zwiedzania miasta :)

Pros: Superzentral und sauber! Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und hat gut alles beschrieben!

Cons: Ich bin sehr geräuschempfindlich - die Schlafzimmer waren nach hinten gelegen aber durch die Tauben konnte ich morgens nicht mehr schlafen. Das hat meine anderen Mitreisenden allerdings nicht gestört. Ich würde auch wieder kommen!
