Grassmarket Apartment

Pros: It is right in the heart of grassmarket and has a beautiful view of Edinburgh Castle

Pros: The location is amazing: such a central yet quiet apartment! Everything is in walking distance (even a minimarket at the corner of the road). The hosts are super nice and available, they even let us in earlier than check in time! Perfect cleanliness. Apartment equipped with really everything one might need, and everything perfectly working. There is a book with clear instructions about everything one needs to know.

Cons: The sofa bed is not a real sofa bed but one sleeps on top of the sofa by putting the sheets on it. It would be correct to specify this in the descriptions. Blackout curtains are in the living room and kitchen but not in the bedroom. In June, until 10 pm and from 5 am there is full light in the room. The mattress is completely unmade and therefore incredibly uncomfortable. These factors made it impossible to have a decent quality of sleep and unfortunately affected our holiday and they are the reasons why, unfortunately, we would not choose this apartment again or recommend it unless they change. Pity because otherwise it’s really really lovely.

We will be booking again on our return trips to Edinburgh. Really lucky find

Pros: Very comfortable, great location and parking. A hidden gem

Cons: Nothing negative at all from the stay

Super and central

Pros: It was centrally located so it was easy to come and go throughout the day, and enjoy the pleasures of the city. It was surprisingly quiet to say where it was.

Cons: The parking was a bit hairy, in that everything about it was rather narrow, but it was OK in the end!

Pros: Location was excellent the view was amazing brilliant and comfortable

Cons: Having no bin in the bathroom for sanitary products so not hygienic to put in kitchen bin.

Everything was good from begining to end.

Pros: The area is nice, quick respons from the staff when contacted by e-mail, everything was good. Clean apartment.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Pros: Logement typique et idéalement situé dans l'hyper centre.

Cons: Les verrous de la porte sont compliqués à fermer et ouvrir Le canapé n'est vraiment pas confortable pour y dormir

Inmejorable ubicación

Pros: Lo mejor del alojamiento es la ubicación (al lado del Castillo, The Vennel, Grassmarket y Victoria Street) La anfitriona muy agradable y accesible.

Cons: El sofá cama y el precio, algo elevado para el alojamiento, si bien, entiendo que es por la excelente ubicación.

Pros: El apartamento está en una ubicación genial, la cocina y baño muy completos. La gran vista del castillo desde la habitación es increíble. Los anfitriones te resuelven todas las dudas que tengas y te ayudan si lo necesitas. Gracias por todo!

Genialna lokalizacja, bardzo miła obsługa, super wyposażone mieszkanie ❤️

Pros: Mieszkanie ma genialną lokalizację — dosłownie 2 minuty od Grassmarket. Z okien rozciąga się piękny widok na zamek, a ponieważ nie wychodzą one na główną ulicę, mimo położenia w samym centrum jest bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Samo mieszkanie jest niezwykle komfortowe, czyste i w pełni wyposażone. Znajdują się w nim wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty — nawet odkurzacz i pralka. Kuchnia jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona, są też podstawowe przyprawy i herbata, co jest miłym dodatkiem po przyjeździe. Obsługa była miła i pomocna. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce — jeśli wrócimy do Edynburga, na pewno zatrzymamy się tu ponownie.
