Pros: The location was a little outside the city center but still close enough to walk to it. The area was also very quiet and clean but due to rennovation (at least we think that's the reason) the walls and the ceiling were very thin and we could hear everything that happened next door. Nevertheless, the design of the place was magnificinet. It was very spacious and this time the pictures didn't do it justice. If we go to Edinburgh again we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful apartment in a great location
Pros: Our stay was just perfect, the apartment is lovely with lots of original features and was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The owner was really helpful and friendly. It’s in a great location a short walk to the city centre and with some lovely restaurants and supermarkets really close by.

A Dream house!
Pros: Everything Was a Dream! The house, the Deco, the surrandings. Muy Family an I instantly felt in love with the house.

Comfortable, homely and relaxing.
Pros: The property was immaculate. It very nicely furnished and very clean and homely. It was perfect for our stay and only a 10 minute taxi drive to the city centre. We would definitely recommend and would love to return.

Amazing!
Pros: The flat was amazing! It is located near a beautiful park and it takes only about 20 minutes to walk to the castle from there. There are also bus stations and supermarkets nearby. The flat was super clean, very beautiful and authentically represents how locals live in their homes. It was easy to find and check in with all the instructions provided. There was some contruction work going on at the house when we were there, but we have been informed previously and it did not bother us All in all I can only recommend this place. It is not the cheapest in Edinburgh but definitely one of the best. You definitely get what you pay for, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great value for a beautiful and comfortable home away from home.
Pros: Beautiful house, clean, comfortable beds, smart TV (unlike every hotel we stayed at the whole month across the UK), and better value than a 4 star hotel we stayed at the weekend before in similar proximity to the city centre. Felt like home. Close to a bus route which takes you straight to Princes Street. Local Sainsbury’s close by, and several pubs within a 15 minute walk. The host was excellent at communicating, very helpful, friendly and kind. Would stay here again for sure, and for longer.
Cons: No complaints at all. Expensive if you need to park a car (£4.20 per hour) and we could not pay because the machine would not take card, we had no cash, and we were unable to download the parking app because we did not have UK phones. This is no fault of the property of course! Just a heads up for future visitors.

Pros: The apartment was so cosy and homely, perfect to relax in before/after a long day of sight seeing. The maintenance of the interiors and all the additional decor was amazing. It really added to the coziness. The location was also perfect - walkable from the old town but shops/restaurants closer as well. If I was going back to Edinburgh I would 100% stay here again 😄

Beautiful Apartment
Pros: It's a great location. 5 mins walk to a couple of corner shops and lovely bars. A few nice restaurants also close by. A beautiful park just around the corner. It took us 25 mins to walk to the centre of town and castle entrance. The house is located on a nice street. It is a beautiful house ground floor apartment. Spot less with everything you will need for your stay. Loved the decor.its perfect for 4 people. The beds are just so comfy, especially after a day sightseeing it was lovely to go back and either fall into bed or just chill in front of the lovely big TV. It really was a home from home. One thing to add was the views around the area one was how the castle looked in the evening a spectacular structure towering in the distance
