Brilliant spacious room with all that you need located in an excellent place.

Pros: The room was spacious and the location was very convenient.

Cons: It was a bit cold and the heating didn't seem to have much effect. Also it is difficult to get luggage up the stairs especially if you are carrying a lot.

Highly recommended.

Pros: A super clean apartment in lovely Doune. Very comfortable. Lots of great information on the surrounding area.

Great short break venue

Pros: Lovely clean and tidy apartment. Great facilities, bed comfy. Loved the little touches on arrival - loo roll etc. The on-line guide is amazing and helpful for places to visit and eat if you haven't done your own research. Prompt contact with any queries/questions. Highly recommended ❤️

Nice apartment not far from Stirling

Pros: The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed

Cons: It was a little difficult to get into the apartment. We had to call the agency. They resolved the issue quickly. To note: The apartment is not in Stirling itself. The town is very nice, though, with a local shop, takeawy etc

Top spot

Pros: It was a lovely flat; cosy, comfortable and nice decor. It was dog friendly with even a comfy dog bed provided. There’s a park opposite too and plenty parking around. Good sized kitchen and plenty hot water.

Lovely apartment in the pretty village of Doune. Spotlessly clean, perfect for a couple.

Pros: Lovely apartment in a very pretty village. Beautifully maintained and equipped. Perfect for a stay for a couple. Great to have simple things like condiments and tea and coffee provided. The soap and shower gel is lovely stuff. Spotlessly clean. Thank you we will hopefully be back. Recommend Buttecup cafe for breakfast.

Cons: Possibly tell people about the entrance door downstairs as it isn’t obvious. Front door is a bit tricky but just needs a little tweak I think. Communal entrance and stairwell could do with a bit of TLC.

It was good just not perfect

Pros: The location was good it was self catering accommodation

Cons: The light for the mirror didn't work, the clock didn't work, there were no clothes hangers and no toilet roll holder.

Lovely cozy apartment for couples

Pros: It is a lovely apartment. Well laid out, with comfortable bed and sofa. We were there during some storms but the apartment was cozy and warm, It has all the basic needs covered. Close to a shop for groceries. Also a good base for travelling the area around, we did Stirling, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs easily by car. Local village is picturesque and pleasant.

Cons: We did not have any issues or negatives.

Pros: Lovely bright spacious flat with amazing views of castle on one side and hills and park on the other. Right in centre of village so east to walk to cafe and shops etc. bed was very comfy and plenty of channels on tv. Kitchen is a great size and its really nicely decorated throughout the whole flat. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Cons: Stair was really messy and had smashed window, felt really edgy when you first arrive which gives it an air of being unsafe, but it actually isn’t. Sweep and clean of stair window would sort it easily. More kitchen dishes as there are no dishes for salads or veg etc and no spatula. Frying pan needs replaced too. Bath taps are wrong way round, just incase you get stuck like we did:

The flat was excellent and, for us, perfectly located.

Pros: The flat has all the modern facilities needed for a comfortable stay. It was very clean and obviously well maintained. It is excellently located for visiting the centre of Doune.

Cons: As we were staying in the flat in order to visit family who live nearby, we would have liked to show them the flat for future reference, as other family members would be interested, but the house rules prevented that.
