Pros: Lovely comfortable flat, perfect situation for the University.

Pros: The flat was exceptionally clean and well presented, in a good location for Bridge of Allan and Central Scotland in general and with the bonus of on-site parking.

A bit disappointed with some things as we were frequent travelers. But had a good time with family.

Pros: The location was excellent. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and very well kept. Easy access to motorway wonderful The flat itself was warm, and comfortable. The bed was amazing allowing us to have comfortable nights sleep.

Cons: We were very disappointed with the shower. For health and safety reasons this is a serious issue. Having spoken to persons in the letting business this needs to be corrected as one could be scolded by the water temperature when one is requiring a hot shower. The lack of proper pressure flow, and temperature could have serious implications from the hot water that can not be adjusted properly whereby one can have a comfortable shower. This appears to have nothing to do with the other flats in the complex experience this issue. A professional plumber would help to correct this problem. The press down plug in the bathroom sink does not work, which made it difficult for my husband to have comfortable shave as allowing the water to run constantly and then went cold. The kitchen serving utensils appear to be in need of updating, very flimsy. More sturdy utensils would be nice. Also a washing up bowl or a plug for the kitchen sink so that water is not constantly running while doing the washing up. A washer needs to be changed to stop the tap from dripping constantly. Some updating is needed to reflect the standard of the area for the price asked as a rental property. It would have be nice to have had a welcome pack welcoming clients. Also more attention to deep cleaning is required . The laundry basket needs to washed or replaced.

Pros: I was visiting my daughter at the university so location was very good for that. It was clean and comfortable.

Cons: Parking was a bit tricky, if you have a large car. But very convenient to have parking next to the flat. Shower temperature was not steady.

Good spot in BoFA. Short 7 min walk to town down one of the fanciest streets in town.

Cons: The shower in the bathroom is a typical UK electronic shower in a tiny slide door cubicle. It’s not the property’s fault as these are common in the UK. But they really are not good showers, so if a roomy shower is important to you…
