Ensuite clean room in nature

Pros: The ensuite room was great in the beautiful campus of Stirling University. Near a lake. The campus is just out of this world. Surrounded by nature and a big lake. You feel you are in the forest.

Cons: They could provide a bath mat and some toiletries. Also you need a bus to go in the centre of Stirling. You could also walk for almost 45 minutes and the route is amazing.

Fantastic

Pros: Clean, modern, many services included, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok too

Cons: Maybe leaflet map and clear directions would have helped better navigate through the campus (way bigger than expected).

Great-value stopover

Pros: Well designed room. Very friendly staff. Late night checkin possible.

Cons: A little hard to find late at night as it’s a big campus with more than one entrance.

Excellent for the price - very basic room.

Pros: For £45 - when closet nearby room was more than double - the room was very good value. Bed was comfy enough, although mattress was towards end of life. Room was mostly clean - top of unit was very dusty and there was a blood spot on the pillow, which I found when stripping the bed before check out. Staff very friendly. Plentiful car parking. Lovely setting.

Cons: Top of unit was very dusty and there was a blood spot on the pillow, which I found when stripping the bed before check out. A hand towel as well as the bath towel would have been preferable. Blind let in lot of light by morning.

Pros: Great facilities for the price. There is a swimming pool, which I didn't use, but they have a laundrette which I did use.

Affordable, quality accommodation on Stirling University campus

Pros: Excellent location by the campus loch, nice and clean rooms, flats are student flats during the rest of the year- so shared living/kitchen between 4-5 rooms. Kitchen had tea, coffee, kettle, bowls and plates, cuttlery. The rooms are very clean and have en suite shower/toilets. Nice and quiet, close to Wallace Monument, local walks, restaurants in Bridge of Allan, free parking included.

Cons: I guess the mattresses could be better quality

Perfect, I used to live in AKD hall, so the nearest I could come to staying there.

Pros: En suite shower and WC, not like in the 1970s. Large bed. Plenty of room.

Cons: Access to a hairdryer - but that's a minor point really.

Pros: Access to the library and cinema on campus, there were also bikes to access the centre of town.

Pros: Helpful staff, very clean room and shared area. Great location for events taking place at Stirling University. The grounds and views are beautiful. Glad we opted for breakfast as the other cafe didn't open til 10am at the weekend. Easy public transport links to Stirling centre.

Cons: Mattress was lumpy and pillows weren't great
