Cosy stay

Pros: Comfortable and cosy. The decor was in keeping with the cabin theme and there were some lovely personal touches in the cabin. Felt private as was away from the village and hidden away.

Cons: Location on booking.com misleading. Meant we had to get a ferry across to the cabin and back from mull just to get to the cabin and back. Tight space. We were fine for one night but I don’t think we could have stayed there for several nights as we were travelling around Scotland for a week so had lots .

Pros: The cabin is so cosy and warm. So well insulated that even on the very windy and rainy day, inside you were cosy and warm. I think for our whippet that was the best day, as we stayed inside for nearly the whole day. He forgave us the morning try, for a walk in the rain and wind. The cabin has everything you need to cook and bake. I am in love with the oven 😅 But the best part of our stay was the surrounding areas. The Lake District can hide. Wow. So if you are looking for cosy/ relaxing and close to nature retreat, this is a place for you.

A truly special place

Pros: Amazing location, very private despite being at the edge of the village. Stunning views over the Sound of Mull. Great shower. Large bed with an unbeatable view. Great patio area too.

Pros: Wat een geweldig verblijf. Fenomenaal uitzicht en een bijzonder persoonlijk ingerichte cabin. Het bed slaapt heerlijk. Als je dan toch in de buurt bent is een bezoek aan NC'Nean distillery aan te bevelen. NC’Nean is prachtig in vele facetten. Idee en DNA klopt helemaal en de mensen zijn er prachtig. Onze gids Douglas, is ook de host van de Otterburn Cabin, en hij is een heerlijk open en trotse jonge man. De weg er naartoe is alweer een belevenis, wat een road!

Petite pépite face à l'île de Mull

Pros: A 2minutes du ferry pour l'Ile du Mull, cette cabine est parfaitement située avec un jardin et une jolie vue, en outre elle est extrêmement bien équipée. Tous les détails tant d'usage pratique que décoratifs ont été réfléchis. Le propriétaire en a fait un petit nid douillet où il fait bon se reposer. Une mention spéciale pour le lit qui est particulièrement confortable.
