The Coach House

Pros: Gorgeous house, exactly what we needed. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are very comfortable and warm. The sauna is a lovely bonus and robes are provided which was a great touch. The surroundings are lovely and the farm shop near by is great. Everyone enjoyed the welcome gifts of biscuits, sweets and everything we needed for teas and coffees when we arrived after a long drive. We would love to stay again it really is a lovely house amd great hosts.

Cons: Nothing it was a lovely stay. The dining table was a bit of a squeeze for 7 of us but not a major issue

Family stay for a mid week wedding

Pros: Such a beautiful space we happily had room for 5 adults and 3 children. Really well equipped kitchen easy to make meals. Both Ailsa and Ross were so friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing negative about the Coach House.

Pros: The house is absolutely beautiful and ideal for families with children. The location was peaceful but only 10 minutes from the centre of Stirling. The house had everything you could need and is clean with really comfortable beds.

A lovely house, great for a short or long stay. Excellent for larger families.

Pros: Very homely and comfortable house. Plenty of character and good amount of space for larger families. The hosts Ailsa and Ross are superb, very responsive and attentive. Our son enjoyed the We used the house as a base for a weekend break to explore Edinbugh more than anything with the attraction of Stirling also on hand. We would certainly return to the same house again on another trip to explore the local area better and with more time.

Cons: Nothing specifically to dislike. We encountered a couple of minor snags that our hosts responded to swiftly: the bathroom radiators need bleeding; seating for 5+ people is limited at the kitchen table

Pros: We loved the property! We had a really comfortable stay in a spacious surrounding. Location was great for all the sights we wanted to visit

Cons: Nothing had everything we required.

Pros: Our hosts arranged our check in for the late evening very thoughtfully. They gave us tips for local tours and provided useful insights into our trip to Loch Tay and the adjoing areas which made our trip very enjoyable with excellent scenery. They also offered us late check out. Overall it was a great experience to stay in this comfortable period property. Thank you Ailsa and Ross for being such wonderful hosts.

Pros: Can't fault this place at all! Fantastic getaway cottage, everything you need was there. Looking forward to visiting next year once Ailsa and Ross have got a sauna and hot tub in the garden! 😲😃 Superb hosts, lovely wee family. (Ross even came to the rescue when our taxi to a party didn't show, top fella! Thanks for that Ross! 🙏) Highly recommended 👌

A restful retreat nestling on the margins of Stirling. Perfect for a week or weekend!

Pros: The setting was perfect, we had great parking and easy access at the rear of the property. There was so much space to stretch out, both in terms of bedrooms and living space.

Cons: I cannot think of anything that we did not like.

Pros: A lovely house and very welcoming, friendly hosts. The house was really well set up with everything you could need. They had even left out a box of toys and books for our son to use!
