Fabulous house in a great area with lots to do nearby

Pros: Great location for visiting family in the area. Property was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: There was nothing not to like! 😃 Parking space would be a little tight if you had a big car.

Cosy home from home.

Pros: The location is ideal and the owners take care of the property. It was very cosy with lots of amenities In walking distance.

Cons: The drive is very tight to manoeuvre into and reverse out of.

Amazing location, great space and very quiet.

Pros: Loved the location and space of house especially for the kids.

Cons: Could have had a cleaner bath mat for the bath as it was slippy for the kids without one.

We recommend Wallace's Rest

Pros: Lynn and Ian's cottage is conveniently located for all the sights of Stirling and is very close to the Wallace monument. The cottage is comfortable with amazing views of Stirling Castle. Lynn and Ian were very welcoming and gave us lots of tips for touring Scotland. We highly recommend staying here.

Pros: Beautiful house and location with far-reaching views of the castle and located just below the wallace monument. Very friendly and helpful hosts. We regularly stay in Stirling with work and this is by far the best place we've stayed. Will happily stay again and recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our stay at Wallace’s Rest and would definitely return in the future.

Pros: The house was really well equipped and comfortable. We loved the location, within walking distance of the city centre and really close to the University. The view was amazing too and the owners were friendly and helpful.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like.

Pros: The cottage having been there in 2021. Handy to visit friends and relatives as we are natives of Stirling.

Cons: Entry to drive. Car having to lean over a lot as driving in. It wasn't as leaning over the first time we went.
