Great stay

Pros: Really beautiful, interesting and quirky house. Very comfortable with everything you need. Just an overnight stop for us, would like to stay longer and explore Duone. Lucky to wake up to snow.

Cons: No parking but able to pull up opposite to unload, and street parking available down the road.

Fantastic house, great location. Could not have enjoyed the place more

Pros: the breakfast we made was fantastic. The house is very well equipage with all the utensils you could possibly wish for when cooking. The cooker and oven were immaculate

Cons: I don't think there was anything we did not like to be honest, 10 out of 10 as far as we were concerned

A home from home in a great location.

Pros: It’s a lovely , characterful property in a great location. Mick met us with the log fire already on and it was just perfect for my sisters and I to have a really relaxing couple of days. The house is comfortable and well equipped and cosy for a winter visit. The nearby bistro/pub The Woodside, is a short stroll and has excellent food.

Cons: Nothing really but it wouldn’t suit anyone with mobility issues as there are lots of different levels and stairs in the property.

Pros: The house was beautiful. The house was comfortable.

Cons: It was difficult to contact the staff. The boiler was shut down and it was not clear how to put it on. The beds where a little small.

Pros: Excellent location in town. Bedroom in a tower is always a winner 😄. Plenty of room for a family stay. Beds comfortable.

Cons: Shower was a little snug but lots of hot water

Brilliant!

Pros: It’s a beautiful house, tastefully decorated and with everything a visitor could want. The owner had gone the extra mile to ensure everything was readied for our arrival - some lights on, hot water and heating. We all loved it!

Cons: It was everything we could have wanted so I have nothing to add here.
