Ideally located with very friendly and helpful host.

Pros: Extra touches - milk in fridge, tea, coffee, sugar and shortbread readily available. Host on hand to give advice and help. Food from Coffee Pot.

Cons: Hot water a little difficult to control especially in shower. Shower room lacked shelving in room and shower.
