Pros: Farmhouse was everything I needed for my sons 18th birthday away 13 of us fitted perfectly, it was spotless it had all facilities in bathrooms, kitchen etc the games/bar room was everyone’s fave place to be and not to mention the hot tub, weather was freezing but you don’t feel that inside hot tub. If I could rate this house higher than 10 I would. Gray one of the owners came by to clean hot tub everyday bringing firewood for the lovely fire, also making sure we had food, drink etc as none of us had a car with us we all got a coach. Honestly I could go on and on so I don’t think twice getting booking.

Cons: Nothing.

Family fun

Pros: We loved the hot tub and bar area .... they provided hours of fun and enjoyment for kids and adults alike. Loved the fact that towelling robes were provided for everyone. The house was very well appointed, comfortable and spotless. The beds were great, there was loads of room so everyone could find their own space if they needed to and the conservatory was super cosy and comfortable. And Grey and Yvonne were very helpful and approachable.

Cons: Depending on the direction of the wind you get an agricultural smell from the chicken farm next door but it wouldn't put me off visiting again
