Clean, tidy and convenient for Edinburgh

Pros: Short walk to the train station. Lovely and clean. Sofa bed of a good standard to use as a double bed. Check in and out easy with key box.

Overall a nice property to stay for a rest/sleep. Very accommodating Host-responds immediately with any queries. Gre

Pros: Warm and cozy. Facilities were modern and well spaced rooms. Not far from amenities and a stone-throw away from the Iconic Forth Bridge and main road trunks to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling. There are also loads of places to visit nearby. Of course, a very pleasant owner Adnan constantly check if all is well and gives update. Very quick to respond so worry is the last thing to think about just go on your day and enjoy if you are still out. Will definitely book this property again.

Cons: None so far. Only to be mindful with noise if you have kids or strictly follow the Quite Time of the place from 10pm-8am to have a good relation with the neighbours.
