Partridge Lodge with Hot Tub

Relaxing and dog friendly

Pros: The facilities - hot tub and bath in the bedroom. Spacious. Very warm. Everything we needed was given in the house.

Cons: Updated welcome pack with dog walks mentioned.

Pros: Amazing small touches, Bluetooth speaker in the wall above the kitchen and the sensor light/ removable torch was super cool

Cons: The trade off of this amazing and remote location is the road leading to it can be slightly sketchy in snowy conditions (winter tyres and snow chains are ideal just in case)

Pros: It was amazing, the pictures looked amazing but once we got there it was even more better

Pros: I came away with my partner for a couple nights for a wee getaway and had the most amazing time relaxing and not doing much (exactly what we needed)! The lodge was absolutely wonderful and had anything you might need for a wee getaway. The bed was huge (as a tall couple this was much appreciated) and so comfortable. The hot tub was clean and kept in a more private area around the side of the lodge which we liked. I can’t fault anything about our stay really, the lodge was nice and warm the whole stay even without the log burner on (we found the spare logs as we were leaving, oops)!

Pros: The property was exceptional. It was so clean, the layout was fantastic and whoever designed the interior had thought of everything. The hot tub and where it was situated was amazing. It was the perfect place for a few nights away for a couple. Very romantic.

Cons: There’s not a lot I can say badly about this property. Perhaps to include robes and slippers at an extra charge for the use of the hot tub.

this lodge holds a special place in our heart as we got engaged on this weekend so we will definitely be back many times

Pros: Perfect location. Directions were very easy to follow, the lodge was absolutely spotless. Our dog had the most chilled out weekend. He loved the decking area. The log burner is an amazing touch.

It felt like you had your little piece of the world for relaxation

Pros: The location and surrounding area was stunning, the lodge itself everything we needed and more, it felt like once you were in, you didn’t anything else

Cons: Coldness in the morning but this soon gone once you put the log burner on, which was amazing

Pros: Lovely lodge, very spacious. Great hot tub and loved the wood burner. Beautiful views and so peaceful.

Cons: More dedicated walks would be a bonus. The estate was lovely but it is limited where you can walk with the dog.
