Comfy and cozy stay for the night, very neat and clean property.

Pros: Very neat and clean and stocked with essentials for the weary travellers. Loved the place. Cozy and warm nestled away. Really liked the stay.

Cons: Nothing actually. We really just stayed one night a few hours.

This property provided everything we wanted for a weekend in Edinburgh

Pros: Only fault a could point out is the electric shower on the top floor was poor apart from that we had a great stay. Place was clean and tidy

Pros: It was very clean, neat and tidy and we had milk and juice in the fridge, coffee and snacks which was very thoughtful and useful.

Cons: There was a strong smell of rubbish in the neighbourhood (not in the property itself).

Perfect for family

Pros: The house is very clean, perfect for the family. Everything was perfect. Thank you.

Cons: Just the second rear parking, i think it doesn't have 44 written on it or else when I was there somebody else occupied that parking.

Pros: The house and hostess were perfect. Proterty, cleanliness, freshness of the linen- it was too too good. Very thoughtful supplies were ready for us. Wish we could stay more.

Cons: It was a little away from the main city and getting Uber was an issue,

Pros: Kelly was very helpful throughout all of the boooking and arrival process. The place is immaculate and there are so many little touches such as the variety of beverage options, some breakfast food etc. Really thoughtful, thanks.

Pros: The house was very clean and newly refurbished. The kitchen was very well equipped with lovely presents. The communication with the host was excellent, helping us with car parking and being overall very helpful. We loved having 2 bathrooms for the 6 of us.

Cons: We could have done with more than 4 chairs around the table. Beds were on the small size.

Pros: The host had thought of everything you might need and provided it. Very thoughtful touches.
