Lovely spacious house, perfect for families in a excellent location

Pros: Excellent location for Edinburgh city centre and Edinburgh Zoo. Broxburn town centre just a couple of minutes walk away with plenty of shops, takeaways and restaurants.

Cons: The tumble dryer wasn’t working Lacking a few things in the kitchen, such as a spatula, chopping board. There was a noise that kept us awake in the night, possibly from next door?

Pros: The property is exactly as pictured in the provided photographs. We were comfortable, warm and relaxed in the environment. The house had excellent amenities, cooking utensils, soaps and cleaning products adequately supplied. The provided towels and token water bottle and sweetie was a thoughtful touch.

Cons: On entering the property there was a strong smell of damp, I was fully aware that the property had recently undergone some water damage, However the pungent smell was quite overwhelming. On booking the accommodation I booked for 6 people. 5 beds were dressed with linen and the sofa bed (providing the 6th sleeping place) was not. Asking me to pay £20 for linen was rather strange.

Pros: It was clean and tidy, good location some nice local shops and restaurants, take aways.

Cons: Nothing, it suited our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: It was a lovely and cosy house with all amenities needed for a family vacation. Had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone who wants to explore Edinburgh and nearby areas.

Pros: Lovely holiday home just a short drive away from Edinburgh city center. Actually really spacious and great value for money. You get exactly what’s in the pictures so that’s always great! Check-in and check-out were super smooth and really cooperative and helpful team. Car parking is right outside the property. Would rebook again!
