Lowwood Lodges

Pros: The lodge had a lovely layout really spacious for there being 10 of us there the cleanliness was a 10/10 it had everything you needed for your stay .

Pros: Property was awesome. Nice and spacious, flexible space. Everything we needed was in the kitchen, all utensils.

Pros: Lovely spacious property with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. We loved the wood burning stove and there was plenty of wood available.

Cons: Inadequate external lighting.

Cons: Couldn’t find soap powder tabs to wash the bedding and towels after use.

Pros: Beautiful house, perfect for a big weekend with friends. Kitchen had everything we needed tea coffee etc included. BBQ brought for us on request and roasting hot tub. Helpful owners responding to messages quickly.

Pros: We stayed at Lowwood Lodges for a surprise 70th birthday trip for my Mother-in-law, and what a stay it was!! The lodge was amazing! It was spotless, had everything we could need for cooking and eating, the beds were so comfy and the pillows were fantastic. The lodge had a wood fired hot tub too which was an absolute treat. It kept its heat really well and there was plenty room for everyone to get in. We loved watching the horses playing after being out for their walk. They were very sweet. We walked to the restaurant in town which didn't take too long, around 30mins which was a lovely walk. Quite a safe route too. There weren't many cars coming that way, and slowed down when they saw us. Great when you have kids with you. Thank you so much for an amazing weekend 🫶

Pros: Outstanding lodge, stunning venue, hosts were very accommodating with any requests. Hot tub was fantastic. Beds were very comfy, kitchen had everything you would need

Cons: One small thing, the fridge could of been bigger. 10 ladies for 2 nights equals a lot of alcohol and food, maybe a second fridge in the utility room would be beneficial

Pros: Everything was perfect! Thank you so much for having us - an unforgettable weekend for our bride to be. Communication with the host was great throughout, fast replies and very accommodating. Couldn’t find a lighter for the hot tub and the host popped by almost instantly with one. Thanks again, we’ll be back!

Pros: We came here for my friend’s hen do and booked two lodges. The lodges were amazing - so spacious, tidy and well equipped! Everyone was really impressed and enjoyed their stay. The surrounding areas were also really peaceful and it was lovely to be able to enjoy the sunshine in the hot tub! Would definitely return :-)
