Beautiful location and spotlessly clean lodge

Pros: The lodge was spotlessly clean and organised Was in a beautiful quiet location We were allowed to bring our senior dog which was perfect for us

A great time away, next time I'll need to make it longer...

Pros: An exceptionally comfortable and clean lodge. The cooking facilities were also excellent and we felt very safe and secure even at night. A big thanks to Nathan who managed to accommodate my request for a 3pm check in. I would have no hesitation to come back here.. if you have children there is also a great park a few minutes down the road which is a real bonus if you have children.

Cons: There is nothing I didn't like, I have zero complaints.

Lovely lodge in a beautiful little park

Pros: Lovely very well kept lodge with pretty much everything you could need inside and a great decking area (which we would have loved to have used except it was raining!)

Cons: Close to quite a noisy road, but it wasn’t too bad

Great stay!

Pros: Ideal location for exploring the surrounding areas. Park location was very well secluded and peaceful. Lodge was lovely and comfortable in the evenings. Board games and DVDs were a good touch to accommodate the wet weather.

Cons: DVD selection was aimed at older children than a 7 year old but not a criticism. Muck spreading season meant the mornings stunk a bit more than what we are used to!

Home from home accommodation.

Pros: Facilities in the accommodation...home from home. Everything you need was there. Bed very comfortable...

Cons: Neighbours had a ring camera pointing to your kitchen window. Felt like need to have the blinds shut at all times. A bit invasion of privacy. They should remove it from there. The grass was overgrown. Sofas had some minor stains from wear and tear. Would be nice to have an enclosed decking or garden for the dogs. Personal choice

Pros: Loved the location, the setting of the lodge and the appearance. Beds were really comfortable.

Cons: Only thing I can say against the place is the lack of towels or toiletries and coffee but these are very small things.

Pros: Everything! Had the best night's sleep for years. Wish we could have stayed longer. So clean and had everything we needed. Heard nothing all night and the location was ideal for us. Highly recommend 👌
