The Vu Snugs

Pros: The location and scenery, the snug was perfect for me and my wife just wanting away and not be hassled, the snug itself was pristine and so cosy !

Cons: Nothing it was perfect 👌

Lovely accommodation, great location and absolutely amazing for the price

Pros: Such a stunning lodge! Very spacious and had everything you needed. We were 10 minutes away from the town so made it super easy to go try some local restaurants. Definitely will be back

Snug lovely but a bit out of the way to get too

Pros: It was well presented and facilities were adequate for a night stay or weekend accommodation

Cons: Room was far too hot despite turning the heating off. Also the walk down from the Snug was not easy. Not an even safe path to walk on especially when wet. As someone who has difficulty walking on uneven surfaces it spoilt the visit.

Pros: Beauty views and it was my first time staying in a lodge and I know I will be back .

Pros: Location was lovely. We were there for a wedding and it was a great day from start to finish. Excellent venue, food was lovely and staff were very helpful.

Cons: The snug had no where to was dishes unless you chose to use shower room sink which is extremely unhygienic. A kitchen sink beside the microwave and kettle area would be a great asset. We also emailed admin as per instruction in confirmation email, for breakfast but never received any on either morning of our stay.

Comfortable. Cosy. Intimate. Relaxing. All of those feelings come to mind. Would definitely be back again and recommend

Pros: The self check in made it very easy to turn up when we could and we could remain as relaxed as possible. No stress on arrival was very easy to locate. Our pod was warm on arrival which we liked as it was freezing during our journey. Views were incredible from our pod. Very comfortable and the more modern feel to a cabin was to our taste.

Cons: The kettle had so much limescale build up so we opted against having our morning coffee at the snug and went to a place close by for the journey home. The light up mirror in the living space didn’t work but this was a personal issue and I had to get ready for a birthday meal and had to use other phone lights.

Pros: Looked great, was cosy and had everything we needed.

Pros: Really cosy and peaceful with a lovely view. Very clean and comfortable.

Cons: The bathroom light was on a timer and kept switching off

Pros: Perfect when you are at the venue for an event. Clean and lovely view.

Cons: Didn't stay long enough
