Beautifully decorated and lovely spot next to river and close to Stirling train station

Pros: This is a full apartment with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. It includes all the amenities required including laundry. It was a nice size and Free Wifi and streaming services were provided. The location is beautiful, overlooking the river, but sadly during our stay the roof was being repaired so our view was scaffolding. This apartment is a short 10min walk to the Stirling train station giving easy access to Edinburgh, and a not an unreasonable walk to Stirling Castle and the Wallace monument. The local grocery (Tesco) is also a 10 minute walk and made for easy (and less expensive) meals during our stay.

Cons: When we first arrived we had some trouble locating the building but a quick email to the host resolved that. We were taken aback when arriving because it looked like an old tenement building but the apartment was completely redone and quite nice - although the sofa may need to be replaced as we found it quite uncomfortable. The bathroom shower design was a solid miss in my opinion, and no matter your height or which shower head you use, water goes everywhere. Expect to sacrifice a towel to dry the bathroom floor after showering. Additionally, the washer/dryer is a combination unit and we found that after even after a double cycle it never really got the clothes completely dry - and a clothes rack was provided most likely for that reason.

A comfortable, well equipped flat in a quiet and peaceful location.

Pros: The location by the river was very pretty and it was very quiet so got a good night's sleep!

Peaceful yet close to trains, town, walking paths

Pros: Location is great. Short walk to train. On the River walking path. Close to town. Comfortable accommodation. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Flat exactly as advertised. Friendly host. Great communication. Highly recommend

Best place to stay in Stirling.

Pros: We arrived too early and tried our door code, which didn't work. We contacted the host and they came and reset it for us while we went to lunch. When we got back, there were no problems at all. Gemma was super responsive and very nice. We felt like we were at home. We wanted to visit Stirling (obviously) but also Glasgow and Edinburgh. This location was an idea place to be.

Cons: We had a little trouble finding it. We found the building, but it does not have numbers on it. We discovered that you need to go right inside the building and up the stairs. The apartment itself has the keyless entry pad on the door. Also, the lock box for the building key is actually around the corner of the entrance of the building, not really just left of the door. Otherwise, everything you read is absolutely true. It is very safe and secure and quiet.

An excellent base to explore Stirling.

Pros: Location was excellent. Walked to Stirling Castle, along Forth River and to a city pub. Drove (but could have walked) to Wallace Monument. Kelpies only 30 minute drive away. A really comfortable, well fitted out base to explore Stirling area.

Cons: All was really good though the road approach and front entry detracts somewhat.

Pros: The apartment was very modern and was lovely and clean.

Overall very good apartment, we would reccommend others to stay.

Pros: Excellent communication from the hosts, very clean and modern apartment which had all the essentials you may need when having a short stay here. Lovely little touches from the hosts to make the apartment welcoming.

Cons: Very squeaky floor boards, often this wouldn’t be an issue with us but when travelling with a baby whom has earlier bed time we found ourselves tip toeing around or in fear of moving room to room so not to wake him as they were extremely loud.

amazing stay

Pros: it was fantastic to stay at this apartment. the interiors are very nice, the bed very comfortable, the kitchen equipped with everything you need. the area around is very quiet and pleasant, despite being a 15 minute walk from the centre. highly recommended!!
