Paisley Central Apartment

Cosy comfy apartment, with all you need, with easy free parking.

Pros: Great apartment, everyone you could need for cooking, cleaning and day to day needs were included. Comfortable rooms, good TV and internet, the block of flats is good, quiet no noise, plenty of parking. All in a great place, and highly recommended, thank you Brian.

Cons: Very minor, and totally out of the hosts control, but the flat below is a chain-smoker, dont open the windows or doors as they are out smoking every 9-10min and it completely makes the apartment feel like a 1980s pub. Also the flats bin area was awful, no idea when the council empty bins but in 16days stay they weren't emptied and there was rotting food and rubbish everywhere and on pavements etc. Both of these niggles are of course out of Hosts hands, but were annoying.

Pros: The property was very well equipped with: kitchen utensils, condiments, towels, cosmetics, cleaning equipment and toiletries. Parking and access was easy and there was shops and takeaways nearby. Fellow residents were also friendly. Noise was not an issue at this property.

Cons: The apartment was great in many ways. However, if I had to mention one small thing: as it was summer I had all doors and windows open, cigarette smoke from some from a resident below easily drifted into the apartment. This however was pretty infrequent and for me was not an issue.

Enjoyed a peaceful and confortable retreat after work.

Pros: Quiet and comfortable.it was clean and the décor was fresh looking. Well equipped. Handy location for UWS, Paisley town centre and Paisley canal station.

Cons: Nothing really. the only thing is watch the end of the bed in the main bedroom. The base is a bit longer than mattress, so quiet easy to catch leg on it, if you don’t give a wide enough berth.

The apartment was superb. Tastefully decorated, bright, modern and spacious.
