Pros: Location and space in apartment easy parking nice and warm good heating system large space bedroom

Cons: Shower faulty water ran from the pipework at a joint Some maintenence work required to repair damaged goods like the living room unit drawer being off its hinges the freezer drawers broken and freezer over freezing up the bedside lamps and phone holders broken and have been since last visit march 2025 Housekeeping should report the damaged to enable the work to be done instead of the apartment falling into a state of disrepair. These are constructive comments only we have usedthe apartment 5 times now and want to keep doing so hence the remarks. Outside stairwell graffiti on walks this could use a wee like of paint also as its a bit unsightly on entrance

Pros: Perfectly located in the middle of town. Lovely clean and fresh.

Cons: Only thing not to like was our own fault - that we didn’t book a longer stay

Pros: The location was great particularly for going out to eat.

Cons: The stairs were a bit difficult for my elderly mother.

Pros: Comfortable warm flat, well situated just off main street. Generous with towels and the central heating, cooker and washing machine were all easy to use.

Cons: Although the stairs were steep they weren't as bad as some reviews suggested. There's a handrail and the steps were wide enough.

Pros: Excellent! Top most is the location and just in center of Oban. Apartment is clean,comfy and kitchen equipments are complete and all clean. I really wish we could stay for more days.

Cons: None. All are exceptional.

Pros: High up, good view, plenty of space for family, excellent family location. Good sofa and living space

Pros: The central location, the cleanliness, and the modern decor.

Cons: Lack of parking nearby. The stairwell up to the property needs a bit of tlc.
