This enchanting Edwardian country house is home to 5 modern, self-catering apartments, with free Wi-Fi and free parking on site. Kilchurn suites 1 & 2 are on the top floor of the house, entry to them is through a grand entrance door with sweeping staircase. Kilchurn Suites 3, 4 & 5 are located in the extension, in the courtyard area of the house. Each suite has their own entrance. Kilchurn Suites 1 and 2 overlook Loch Awe and the haunting remains of Kilchurn Castle, whilst the other suites have garden views. Local activities around the apartments include walking, fishing, cycling, golf and horse riding. The suites are tastefully decorated and benefit from fully tiled en suite bathrooms or shower rooms, comfortable bedrooms and a large fully fitted kitchen/lounge. Loch Awe Rail Station is a short walk away, and Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park is about 20 minutes away by car.

Lovely place to stay

Pros: Wonderful location, large and clean rooms, beautifully and cosily decorated. Paul and Kate are warmhearted and welcoming hosts that are happy to give advice for nearby activities, stores, etc. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Larger grocery stores are a bit far away, so plan ahead. Also bring salt, pepper and oil for cooking because we didn't find any.

Pros: Spacious and plenty of equipment also lovely and warm for the February chill Beds were comfy and clean and the surrounding areas are stunning just as advertised Host was chatty and friendly with ideas

Great place to stay!

Pros: Loved it! Was easy to get to. The suite had plenty of space and amenities. Lovely views of the surroundings. Would recommend kilchurn suites to others

Cons: The weather. Typical, a short stay somewhere scenic, and the weather is on the more miserable side.

Pros: Quiet and great location. Great view from the room. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean beds.

Cons: Had to go up a lot of stairs but not a big deal. I'm happy with it but wish it was a little cheaper.
