Perfect everything you need with plenty of room

Pros: Hole house was great plenty of rooms close to shops and train station.. had a little gym in the garage which was perfect for me and partner being gym rats

Cons: Nothing really if i want to be picky can hear the planes now and then going over head but nothing to bad..

Very convenient and value for money

Pros: The area and the location for us, for visiting family, and for visiting Falkirk and Edinburgh. The accommodation was easy to find, and easy to access. Plenty of room for the four (adults) of us, and plenty of bathroom choice Although a little ‘tired’ it was value for money as it does sleep six Walks in the area were nice and easily accessed, and shopping areas close by

Cons: We found the kitchen area very cold, although the radiator was on We found the pillows too hard and we usually take our own so our own fault for forgetting them

Pros: As always, the house was clean and inviting. Everything is done so that it feel like you are home - the beds are comfy and the space is brilliant for a family of 5/6. It is situated withing distance of the train station into Edinburgh, Aldi/Lidl are within a 5 minutes drive and Almondvale shopping centre is withing a 10 minite drive. There is a lovely park for young children close by. For me, it is the best!

Pros: It was in a brilliant location and very close to all amenities When I contacted the owner, he couldn't have been more helpful and went over and above for us Excellent! I have been telling everyone if they are going down to the Edinburgh area, he should be your first contact A++++

Cons: Nothing to be honest. It was absolutely ideal for our base and set out really well

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this flat! It was spacious and perfectly suited for our family with four kids. The kitchen was fully equipped, including tea, coffee, and even spices, which was a lovely touch. The host was super friendly and very informative, making our arrival and stay smooth. The surroundings are quiet and green, offering a peaceful atmosphere. There are supermarkets nearby and many restaurants deliver to the flat, which was very convenient for us. The location is amazing—only about a 35-minute drive to Edinburgh, making it a great base for exploring the area. The flat is just a 4-minute walk from the station, though we had a car and used our own parking. Still, having such easy access to public transport is a great bonus. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, space, and a calm but well-connected location

Pros: Driving distance from the shopping centre. Walking distance from groceries and train station. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Well equipped with all necessities such as toiletries and utensils etc.

Cons: Three floors so a lot of stair-climbing involved.

Pros: The location was ideal , as we were visiting Edinburgh but wanted to stay somewhere nearby a bit quieter. It was only minutes from the station

Pros: The layout, convenience and location was very appropriate for the family stay which enhanced the stay experience and made everyone happy and comfortable.

Cons: Absolutely nothing as there was enough thought put into customer’s comfort experience provided for by the service.

Perfect stay

Pros: Communication with the owner was really good. Always there to help whenever needed. Clean and spacious house. Nice surprise that it has a gym too! Good alternative to stay if you want to go to Edinburgh. Shops nearby as well!
