Amazing! Not one fault!

Pros: Hazel was amazing! Made me feel at home straight away! She called me to say she put heating on for my arrival. I got to the apartment and she checked in on me to make sure everything was okay! An absolute gem of a woman - will 100% stay again!

A great little flat!

Pros: This is a great little flat in a nice clean close. Warm, clean, comfortable and with all the facilities I needed for my stay. There was a nice modern, spacious shower room with a decent sized shower cubical, which is essential for comfort in the shower. The area was quiet. No noise from the neighbours or the street. Hazel, the owner, was very helpful and attentive. There were issues with the booking which left her with the wrong phone number for me, and no idea which property I had booked. She did all she could to get in touch with me in time for my arrival, and made sure I had all the info I needed to access the property. I met her by chance the following day, as I was running behind in my packing to leave. She was very relaxed about this. She was very friendly and keen to know that all was well with my stay. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this flat next time I'm in Largs....which won't be long!
