Spacious, great location, perfect for what we needed

Pros: The flat is in a great location, is close to a Tesco express, which is handy for self catering, and is about 5 minute walk to the train station. Complimentary tea bags and coffee was a nice touch. The rooms are a great size and the beds were super comfortable. Bedrooms well furnished with dressing tables. Shower water pressure was great. Overall it was fantastic value for money and we would stay there again.

Cons: As per other reviews, the kitchen was a little under equipped (no chopping boards -, no tea towel, limited cookware). Luckily we only made breakfast there. Thick layer of dust on spare pillows. Curtain rods too short so curtains don’t quite block out the light in the bedroom. Lock box was super stiff so we had to use a coin to try to jimmy the numbers, which took us a while. We could t actually do it on checkout as was too stiff but the staff member I spoke to was friendly and efficient.

Very good and comfortable flat, in an excellent location.

Pros: The property is very comfortable & there is plenty of room. The heating worked well & there was plenty of hot water. Location was excellent, 10 minutes walk to the centre & 25 minutes walk through a beautiful park to the university & west end.

Cons: A few tiny tweaks & this property would be even more excellent. The bath drained very slowly & the shower head wouldn’t stay up (but there is a lovely rain shower which works beautifully) More hand towels Pillow cases for the spare pillows The front door of the flat didn’t feel particularly safe- maybe a dead lock or at least a security chain.

Pros: Spacious. Clean. Well located, adjacent to the Mitchell Library. Walking distance to the city centre. Near Glasgow University. Easy check in.

Cons: Couldn't work the TV. Draughty window in living room. No blind or curtain in the bathroom which has clear windows!

Pros: The flat was beautiful, with huge rooms with very big windows allowing for plenty of natural light. It was also clean and very well equipped. Both bedrooms were big and cozy, while the beds were extremely comfortable. The location couldn't be more ideal. It allows for easy access into the city both on foot or by train/bus. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars and shops a few minutes away.

Cons: The only downside for us was the check-in, which was a little complicated, especially since we arrived very late at night.

Amazing flat, huge but few minor bits.

Pros: The flat was spacious and looked like had been refitted recently.

Cons: The entrance/stairs - very odd. Old Victorian stone stairs. The front door needs a sign - tried 3 doors before found which one. Front door looks very shabby and one basic lock. Not great security. Cutting knives need sorted - very blunt. Few more utensils needed. Doors need shaved. You cannot shut the doors on any of the bedroom doors.

It was excellent. I really loved it.

Pros: Cleanliness, Location, organization all I loved. Calm Quiet place, very appropiate for a family. Overall liked it.

Cons: Nothing I can remember other than the hot water supply was having some issue the evening we arrived. But we didn’t even report it, still someone arrived the next morning and fixed it. So I will say not an issue really.
