Nelson Mandela Place Apartments

Very clean and practical in a great location.

Pros: The location was perfect. Near stations, restaurants and shops.

Cons: The decor was very grey. Maybe some brighter pictures or curtains? Some carpet around the bed area would have been nicer and maybe another small comfy chair.

An amazing apartment in an Incredible location

Pros: It had the ‘WOW’ factor! Modern, clean, comfortable and amazing location. Very clear check in instructions, luggage storage available and easy access. Queen street station literally steps away, shopping, restaurants and bars on the doorstep and situated in a beautiful historic square. 100% recommend this property unless you have difficulty climbing stairs or have lots of heavy luggage as there is no lift.

Well equipped apartment, with only cigarette smoke an issue.

Pros: Great location, quiet despite being in city centre.

Cons: Smell of cigarette smoke on arrival. Opened windows to freshen up. Evidence of cigarette ends and ash on outer window sills. Perhaps signs required in the apartment to remind guests not to smoke!!

Fab central apartment

Pros: The apartment was well kitted out. Everything you need like a little home from home.

Cons: The noise from the street below. Thats what happens when you are so central though so not really a complaint. Will just bring earplugs next time.

Pros: Location is fantastic. Place has everything you need. Very clean. This is our 4th time using these apartments. Greay value for money.

Cons: There is no option for early or late check in/out but I know this is to do with the cleaning.

Good value for money if you don't mind the stairs

Pros: The apartment was nice and clean and when we had problems with the heating the owner fixed the problem before me and my partner had come back from dinner. Although we only stayed one night but the dishwasher and washing machine was a nice bonus

Cons: It would have been nice if the heating was working from the start but i understand that it couldn't be helped and since we were placed on the top floor was a bit of a problem as my partner is a smoker and had to keep going up and down quite a lot

Fantastic location, extremely clean and would not hesitate to book to come back.

Pros: Location was fantastic, very clean and had everything you needed for an overnight stay

Cons: The tap in the kitchen had a constant drip. It did not spoil our stay but would suggest that this is fixed. The tv also seemed to be limited in volume. Not that we watched this much however was difficult to hear.
