Lovely staff and location but could do with a refurbishment

Pros: Lovely helpful pleasant staff in a great location.

Cons: Maybe could be cleaner, lot of dust and shower could do with some cillet bang bleach!

Short city break.

Pros: Good location, facilities and cleanliness. Light living room.

Cons: Noisy self-closing door. Bowls too small for cereal. Dirty windows spoilt enjoyment of rooftop views.

Lovely and relaxing

Pros: Location and size of apartments felt very spacious

Pros: spacious and clean with essential amenities - staff were also very responsive

Cons: can be quite noisy, as it’s near pubs. we heard q some noise around 1am, as there were people going in and out of the building. the floor can also be quite squeaky.

Brilliant location. Can walk to every place.

Pros: Fantastic location. Easy access to both main train stations in Glasgow. Loads of restaurants and shops on the doorstep.

Cons: It was too hot. We stayed in February and I just could not regulate the heating to a comfortable temperature. Fortunately the windows do open, but then you deal with outside city centre noise.

Pros: The location of the apartment was perfect, it was comfy and everything we needed was provided, the staff were great and very helpful

Excellent location

Pros: Location was excellent. Layout very spacious. 2 mins to Glasgow queen Street. Great for spa, galleries etc. Nice and clean and well decorated. Lovely staff

Cons: Bit noisy at night as opposite Wetherspoons, just take ear plugs. Cups too small for a decent brew. Asked for dishwasher salt and rinse aid, waited and waited, eventually just left as need to get a rest and had to put do not disturb on door, would've done this myself. Could've done with extra bin bag. Loose bird spikes on window ledger need looking at before they fall 6 floors down and land on somebodies head

Pros: Very good location, ideal for small groups. Clean and everything you might need.

It was a bit noisy Saturday night and the fact that the window to my room didn’t close properly the.

Pros: It’s nice to interact with humans it feels very personal

Excellent location, super spacious apartment and great value for money

Pros: The location is right next to queen street station making the commute easy. The city centre restaurant and cafés make the stay really pleasant

Cons: Most of it was excellent. Regular restock of tea and coffee and toilet bin pick up would be great but then I understand i should have asked for the coffee and tea sachets and put the clean the room sign out each day but didn’t really get time to do that while the reception service was still available.
