Grand, spacious two-bedroom flat in a lovely neighbourhood, but could use a couple minor fixes
Pros: The property management company was responsive; the flat was spacious, historic and architecturally grand; the beds were comfortable; the master bedroom was especially cosy; for a rental flat, the flat had a nice selection of books; the location was excellent; check in was a breeze
Cons: The flat had very strange, low-to-the-ground 'lounge sofas' not really suitable for normal sitting, only really for slouched lounging. The WiFi also wasn't working while we stayed (the management company was just switching Internet provider). The shower hook was loose and there were some cracks in the tiling. One corner of the living room clearly had a longstanding leakage issue from the wall.

Highly recommended. Excellent property and location.
Pros: There are many places to see and explore within walking distance of the proerty without going in to Glasgow. So a very good location.
Cons: Unable to lower the window blinds in the main room, but may need a special technique which we were unable to figure out.

Pros: We liked it, it was quirky and perfect for our 2 night stay. We could walk back from the hydro ovo too, no need for a taxi
Cons: The lock was a bit tricky

Lovely flat in ideal location.
Pros: Wonderful flat, spacious, elegant, quiet, in excellent location for the west end with shops, restaurants etc in easy walking distance, along with university, kelvingrove park, museums etc and convenient bus and subway connections to the city centre. Kitchen was large and had everything, bathroom was nice, hallway spacious with a nice sideboard to organise things and recharge electricals. Bedrooms were nice. Lounge was spacious and comfortable.
Cons: Communication before arrival could have been better. I was sent a lot of automated-looking messages asking me to re-send bank card details to make a deposit, to upload passport/driving licence details and to send a photograph of myself before I was allowed to see the details of the property. This was quite a slog. Even when I finally got through this, I had to keep hunting around to try to get hold of the code for the keybox, before eventually finding out that I wouldn't be told this until the day of entry. This was quite stressful as I was travelling by train most of the day, with uncertain WIFI connections. This all seemed unnecessary and rather impersonal.

A beautiful flat in a lovely neighborhood. It felt like home. Made us want to move to Glasgow!
Pros: Location was wonderful. The flat was spacious and well decorated. It felt like a home.
Cons: The shower was poorly installed so the piece that held the shower head kept falling off. The glass panel on the shower also leaked water, so the floor was quite wet which meant mopping up after. Otherwise, everything else was in good repair.
