Pros: Abundant street parking outside the premises. Location close to a large shopping mall with a few supermarkets to buy food. The air fryer in the kitchen is especially useful to make a quick dinner.
Cons: The location is in the second floor without elevator. May not be accessible to certain persons that have mobility issues.

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment
Pros: It was a lovely apartment on a low level, so we did not have to climb much stairs with our luggages. It was very spacious where my friends and I could hang out comfortably in the living room. The hot shower was very much appreciated in the cold weather (despite it being in summer). It’s quite an all-inclusive apartment, with towels, toilet paper, shampoo and soap, clothes detergent, and instant coffee and biscuits available. As the apartment is by the main road, it can get noisy but closing the bedroom windows will reduce the noise significantly, while the apartment remained a nice cooling temperature indoor. Suzy whom I was communicating with throughout was very responsive and friendly - thank you!
Cons: The key collection was pretty far, and following Google Maps, we had about a 10-15min walk up and down a small hill to get to the apartment. Wish it was nearer for the key collection. We eventually took an Uber to return the keys.

Pros: Great apartment, very clean and lots of space, and a nice location. Great brunch place across the road.
Cons: The key pick up and drop off is about a ten minute walk from the house, it’s straight forward, but a bit of a hassle.

Nice flat but key pick up is a mess
Pros: The place was clean, spacious enough for a family for a few days and conveniently placed.
Cons: Picking up the keys is poorly organised. I had to walk over 40min (20min both ways) under the rain with 2 kids and luggage to go pick up the keys, which are in a convenience store. The staff of the store was really unpleasant and made me wait another 20min to give me the keys.

Cons: the light switch in the kitchen turned on the ventilation at the same time, which was a bit noisy

Nice apartment for short stay
Pros: Nice decorated apartment, located in a safe and trendy part of Glasgow, clean and nice furniture. Close to train station easy to go to city or Edinburgh. A nice French restaurant nearby Wee Paree, good food and reasonable price. Free car parking.
Cons: Need to pick up the key from a store, took at least 15 minutes by walk. No lift, difficult to take large luggage’s to the apartment.

A very comfortable and well-appointed apartment in the West End of Glasgow.
Pros: Location, close to shops and restaurants, pleasant aspect and quiet. Parking on the street was readily available.
Cons: Collecting (and returning) the keys from a third party located some distance from the apartment was inconvenient.
