Stylish Victorian Apartment's close to the Botanical gardens

Very clean, Fantastic stay!

Pros: 1 easy check-in procedure arrived late property was well lit and instructions were easy to follow 2 free parking 3 Complimentary bottle of wine was a nice surprise 4 Very large apartment airy and spacious 5 very comfy high-quality beds 6 local restaurants and shops 7 easy public transport to Castle or short walk Everything was fantastic Above & Beyond

Great property in a very good location with easy access to the city centre.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment with good sized rooms and we'll equipped kitchen.

Cons: Increased water pressure in the double room en suite shower would be an improvement.

Lovely apartment if you like Victorian houses. Nice location and much nicer than staying in a hotel.

Pros: Lovely furnishings and decor. Free parking right outside. Spacious and comfortable.

Cons: We were unable to control the heating. Shower in the main bedroom was very weak. However the positives far outweighed the negatives.

Lovely apartment, friendly hosts, turn up the thermostat

Pros: Lovely apartment with good sized rooms. Very well decorated and both bedrooms had en-suites which was great. An outstanding kitchen. Overall a good size and made an excellent base to explore Edinburgh

Cons: It was a little cold at times as the central heating came on and off during the day and we did not have access to the timer. Linen could have been higher quality.

Pros: Gorgeous apartment. Spacious rooms. Great handy parking.

Excellent period property close to the Botanical Gardens

Pros: Excellent communication prior to visit, giving suggestions for activities, bus and walking routes, restaurants etc. Parking outside and in the adjoining side street was free, saving a substantial amount of money. Wonderful period property with lovely furniture, original features and huge kitchen. Much appreciated touch was the complimentary bottle of fizz and the Tunnocks Teacakes, enhancing the cozy, warm welcome. There was an ensuite shower room in each bedroom, as well as an additional toilet. There was a small, enclosed back garden.

Cons: Everything was excellent...if I was being hyper critical, I would mention the blinds in the 2nd bedroom need attention.

Pros: Great hosts, very accommodating to our requests and very to east to communicate with. Apartment in a great location, fully kitted.

Cons: The WiFi was patchy, didn't quite work in the second bedroom. Second bedroom blinds weren't working properly.
