Pros: This place is amazing. Every detail thought of. Went away with my partner for a night to the Christmas markets and had a very relaxing stay. We loved it, couldn’t recommend it enough. Luxurious and the bath was perfect. Thanks for such a lovely stay and making it a lovely night away.

A perfect luxury hideaway

Pros: The whole place is decorated beautifully, spotlessly clean throughout and all the facilities you could possibly ask for and more such as bath salts, a clothes steamer, candles and more! The bed was super comfy and lighting was very cozy.

Cons: The shower was a wetroom style shower so was hard to keep the floor dry but there was a squeeje provided, just maybe would have been nice to have a screen that comes right round? But aesthetically very nice.

Exceptional studio in a great location with a fab private parking space off the road.

Pros: Property is outstanding. It blew our expectations in every way and has been done to the highest of standards. Bed was absolutely huge, and the brass bath was amazing. A super luxurious place with more than you could ask for or need, in a top location just a 25 minute walk down the hill from Princes Street. There are some bars, cafes and shops within walking distance as well, shout out to O’Connors which is worth a visit. Host was lovely too! 10/10!

Cons: Hard to pick anything but if we had to we’d say the bathroom could do with another screen to avoid water going absolutely everywhere and making our socks wet! But we understand that was the design and this is an absolute minor point!

Great stay!!

Pros: Great location, really central in Edinburgh with free parking!! The room was really unique and would be great if you were staying for a long duration as it has a whole kitchen and washing facilities . The bath was such a nice touch, as is the fireplace !

Cons: Everything was great only thing was we couldn't find the hair dryer. Loved the place and can't wait to stay again

Luxury, ideal location, amazing decor!

Pros: Luxurious feel to apartment loads of effort has been put in to decorate this place and there’s so many small touches that really make it feel luxury, amazing location only 15 mins from city centre, complimentary whiskey was a nice touch and the stand alone bath tub is such a lovely feature - everything we needed to cook provided in the kitchen - would stay again when in Edinburgh.

Cons: Induction hob was a little difficult to use as had never used one previously so would maybe suggest a page added to property info to explain how to use that but a bit of googling and YouTube and found our way to use it. Also I do think for the price having to strip bed and remove bins etc isn’t the most luxury feel just comparing to other properties we stayed for half the price we weren’t required to do so - however that’s really not a big deal as we do like to leave places clean and tidy for the staff cleaning the property regardless but leaves less time to enjoy the property if only staying one night.
