Pros: The keys were downstairs locker and we were trying on top floor key code, which made a discomfort but after that when we found the key everything was beautiful and we enjoyed the stay

A great stay for the Edinburgh fringe

Pros: We had a great stay here overall. The flat is well-maintained, it's a little bit outside of central Edinburgh but it's still a great deal for the price. We were a group of 6 adults staying here and on the whole there was plenty of space (the two main bedrooms are very good, large and comfy), however the third bedroom (with the bunk bed) is quite cramped. Would have felt pretty overcrowded if there were 10 people staying here.

Cons: The hot tub is pretty small and is overlooked by other properties so it doesn't feel great for any privacy. We didn't end up using it for that reason.
