Our over all stay was excellent.

Pros: There wasn't any breakfast available. The location was a little out the way, we had to call taxi if we decided to go anywhere. But we where expecting that.

Cons: Our room didn't have a workable tv, I did complain about it, it didn't go any further.

Excellent with minor hiccup for check out

Pros: The connection to Edinburgh main town. Accessibility throughout the day and night. This is Students accommodation so access to groceries, amenities was fantastic.

Cons: Non availability of on ground staff to support minor issues. Everything was charged if the staff is not around.

Pros: Comfortable, clean. 10min walk from Haymarket Tram Station. Buses to city centre outside the door. 25/30 min stroll into city centre.

Cons: No facility to make a tea or coffee. Admittedly, could be messy if people were allowed to take hot drinks to their rooms. Have a no hot beverage sign on the door leading to the rooms. But a tea/coffee dispenser in the rec. room would be a good idea.

Pros: The place was very clean and well-maintained. It had utensils for cooking, and the room was equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave.

Cons: It would have been better if door mats were provided in or outside the washroom, and also if there had been some hangers in the room

Practical and well located.

Pros: Efficient and practical. Well equipped. Good location

Cons: Could not open fully the window. Just a crack. It was locked and it is hot in the room. No air con, maybe not needed in Edinburgh but it was hitting and room needed airing and cooling. Bathroom light is automatic cannot turn off. It has a timer with a fan and this makes a noise and glares at night if someone uses it. Please put switch for light.

Reasonable accommodation

Pros: Clean accommodation. Student rooms let out during holidays. A bit expensive

Well equipped one room and en-suite student apartment in walking distance of the city centre.

Pros: New, clean, quiet, has all the basic amenities. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, pubs and a few local places to eat nearby.

Cons: The location is a 30 minute walk or a bus ride from the city sights.

40 minutes walk to town. Very safe area. Easy to find. very clean and comfortable.

Cons: I thought the room was small for the price I paid €356.00 for 2 days for one person. I was disappointed that I could not make a cup of tea or have any kitchen facilities. I may have misunderstood, but I thought I could a least have a coffee/tea on site.

Fantastic stay at a perfect location

Pros: Perfect location, walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, trams and buses. Beds were so comfy and the accommodation was very clean and quiet.

Cons: The kitchen was not accessible during my stay so I missed my morning cup of tea but there was plenty cafes near by so I went to one of those
